Take the

driveway to the left at the dead end into Fair Meadow Farm and follow the driveway past the barn to the house at the back of the property.

USDF Introductory Tests

USEF Training Level Tests

USEF First through Fourth Level Tests

Dressage Seat Equitation JR/YR, AA

Tests of Choice including but not limited to:

         Lead line

         Trainer assisted tests (any level - trainer may coach rider during test; test not qualified for year-end awards)

         Musical free-style (specify test on entry)

Gaited Horse Test of Choice

Arena Introduction (let your horse green horse get used to the arena)

Fees:

$20.00 per test for DDA members

$25.00 per test for nonmembers

$ 5.00 per horse for Arena Introduction

$ 5.00 per horse grounds fee (mandatory for all horses entering grounds)

$10.00 late fee (postmarked after the closing date)

Additional Information:

Separate entries are required for each horse and rider combination and/or each horse entering grounds.  The release on each entry must be signed.

Original Coggins dated within 12 months must be presented when picking up entry packet.

All horses entering grounds must pay grounds fee.

All riders are required to wear ASTM-approved helmets when mounted
